Soft Woman Era is an intimate, elevated breathwork experience for women ready to soften their nervous systems, slow their pace, and return to their bodies. Through guided breathwork and embodiment practices, you’ll be supported in letting go of tension, dropping out of survival mode, and reconnecting with the part of you that knows how to receive. Beyond the breath, Soft Woman Era is about being held—by the space, the experience, and the women beside you. You’ll be nourished with thoughtfully curated appetizers, invited into meaningful connection, and sent home with intentional gifts designed to anchor the softness you cultivate. This is not a class. It’s not about fixing or pushing. It’s an invitation to soften.

Cancellation Policy
Because this is an intimate, limited-capacity experience, all registrations are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may: Transfer your ticket to another woman with prior notice, or Receive a credit toward a future Soft Woman Era experience if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer. Thank you for honoring the energy, preparation, and intentionality that goes into creating this space.
