Cancellation Policy

1:1 Medical Qigong Session Booking Policy Your session time is intentionally reserved just for you. To honor both my energy and the commitment I make to each client, the following booking policies are in place: Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling Policy • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. This allows the space to be offered to another client in need of care. Late Changes & No-Shows • Cancellations or requests made less than 12 hours before your session will result in the forfeiture of the session fee, and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
